About Me

 Hello! My name is David Harrison. I've been married to my best friend Erin for 34 years. I've earned a bachelor's degree in Bible/Theology/Ministry. I've also earned a Master's degree in Theology. I've completed a graduate level Catechist Certificate program. I've completed additional graduate hours in Theology as well as History. I have served as a credentialed youth pastor, associate pastor and lead pastor in various congregations. I have served as an adjunct and full time professor of Bible and Theology at accredited universities. I continue to teach college classes and speak at churches and schools. I have also served as the Executive Director for a Christian non-profit. I love to read, teach, spend time with my lovely wife, and be entertained by my 3 cats.

As I was teaching in various settings I began calling myself the Weirdo with a Beardo. It stuck. People loved it! If they couldn't remember my name they could remember the Weirdo with a Beardo. The description works. I have a long beard and I'm a little weird 🤣🤣I look forward to our times of seeking wisdom together!
